Service Description

Wednesdays 12:15-1:00pm PST via Zoom This class is designed for people who have a regular fitness practice and have a thorough understanding of Pilates principles. Awaken the body through an energizing combination of Pilates and other fitness modalities to enjoy a full body workout. We move quickly, so this class will likely increase your heart rate and get your sweat on. A variety of props add challenge and variation to our workouts: light weights, Pilates ring, inflatable ball, looped band, elastic strap, foam roller, sliders and yoga blocks. You can use alternative props or opt out of props, so don't let that stop you from joining us for a class. This class will brighten your mood and set your body right for the rest of your day. *As always, modify movements for your body whenever it's the right thing to do.
