Fridays 12:15-1:00pm PST Enjoy this mixed-level class, focused on alignment and designed to accommodate different fitness needs. Reinvigorate your mind and body through mobilization, stabilization and relaxation practices. Stretch and strengthen mind and body as you move through thoughtfully sequenced routines. Improve coordination and balance. Modifications to simplify and variations to add challenge to your practice are offered throughout the class. This is a moderately-paced class with precise cueing and in-depth instruction, great for beginners and to deepen your more advanced practice. A variety of props offer challenge and support to our movements: Pilates ring, inflatable ball, looped band, elastic strap, foam roller, light weights, bolster and yoga blocks. You can use alternative props or opt out of props, so don't let not having props stop you from joining us for class. *As always, modify movements for your body whenever it's the right thing to do.
