20-Minute Chair Exercise Routine
Free video of exercises that can be done seated in a chair or modified to do from a standing position. I use the following props: one elastic looped band, one elastic strap and two light weight (in this case, cans of coconut water.) Sit or stand - just keep moving as much as you can!
