All You Need Is Two Minutes

On a beautiful walk around Hume Lake, I found the perfect lakeside rock to inspire a little improvised full body stretch and strengthening routine. This took me less than two minutes and energized me, breaking up the repetitive movement of a 5-day hiking trip. No props or experience required to follow along. All you need is two minutes. As we move into summer and California re-opening, many of us will have less time for self-care routines and more demands on our body. Some are working more, others are traveling more and many are reconnecting with friends and family, requiring more sitting and driving. These opportunities are wonderful - and many folks appreciate them more than ever before. Just don't forget to take good care of that beautiful body that has carried you all the way here. You'll be in it for the rest of your life, regardless of the circumstances around you.
